Buzzword burnout and what science actually says about it (June 2026, Barcelona):
In June of this year (2026) I gave a lecture on burnout at a bar. Uncorked discourse is an an academic discussion series held in bars across Barcelona. ADD LINK: https://www.instagram.com/uncorkeddiscourse/. I really enjoyed the casual setting and the opportunity to talk to people outside of the academic bubble. We discussed what burnout is and isn’t, what contributes to it and also how to prevent it.
Academic presentations (2022-2026)
During my PhD, I was able to share my work in many different countries. Among others, Kenya, Poland, France, Italy, the UK, Belgium, and Germany. This is one of my favourite parts about the PhD.
